The Judiciary has been infiltrated by demagogues, coup plotters and political militia on a mission to mess this country. A scheme has been hatched to have the repeat elections postponed for 90 days.
In a shocking move by the Supreme Court to have a case filed certified as urgent and set to be heard and determined tomorrow despite being a public holiday and eve of the election, the repeat Poll could be scuttled by a network of coup plotters who have ganged up to grab power by unconstitutional means.
The composition of the demented schemers is made up of Supreme Court Judges, Lawyers, Civil Societies and NASA brigade. It is financed by controversial oligarchy, Jimmi Wanjigi.
It can now be revealed that the case filed at the Supreme Court was actually prepared in a house belonging to one of the Supreme Court Judges. He is said to have assisted in the drafting process to ensure a water tight case that would convince his colleagues of the bench of the highest Court of the land.
As part of this deliberate plan, IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati has signed an affidavit in favour of the case and changed his lawyer who is set to offer no opposition on postponement of the election.
Raila's vigorous chanting of 'No reforms, no election' was a hint of what he was already expecting. He has been conniving with Justice Maraga and the other Judges to have the judgement tomorrow entered to his favor.
Justice Maraga is preparing to take over government temporarily as a caretaker president and order another election after 90 days Constitutionally, this is a role that should be played by National Assembly Speaker, Justin Muturi.
