Celebrating Supreme Court's verdict is a premature ejaculation.

THE Supreme Court's verdict nullifying the election of President Kenyatta came as a surprise to many. The bench led by Justice David Maraga could have played to the political gallery and subjected this country into another electioneering circus.

However, closely examining it with an analytical eye, you will realize that it's another troll for NASA leader Raila Odinga. The ruling did not talk about numbers and figures of the two contestants, but the constitutional process that was supposed to be followed by the Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission(IEBC). Indeed, the third respondent, who was President Uhuru Kenyatta was cleared of any wrong doing.

This means that Jubilee still holds the advantage of numbers and Raila will make history as the only presidential aspirant to be defeated twice in a span of three months. The election wasn't rigged. No element of rigging was raised in the verdict, but just the process.

It will therefore not be surprising that in the repeat election to be conducted within sixty (60) days, Uhuru Kenya might win by even a higher margin than the 1.4 million votes.

Will Raila Odinga file another case at the Supreme Court? He will have no choice but to accept defeat. There is no any iota of doubt that Raila has his goose cooked and celebrating Supreme Court's ruling might just be a premature ejaculation.
