There are manifest squabbles in NASA camp that threaten to split the opposition's amorphous dingy. Inside sources reveal that all is not well in the coalition's boardroom as Kenyans prepare for the repeat presidential poll.
Inside Orange Democratic Party, jilted Coast Members of Parliament have threatened to stage a mass walkout from NASA after Raila Odinga spearheaded the naked sidelining of the region in various opposition appointments in Parliament and the Senate. Raila Odinga rewarded his close allies from Nyanza and Western, disregarding Coast region that overwhelmingly voted for him.
The Coast legislatures are also up in arms against the failure by Odinga to elevate one of the Coast ODM leaders to the NASA summit as a Principal. In addition, Joho and Kingi have expressed their Presidential interests in 2022 and the tell-tale signs of Raila clipping their political wings is evident.
Another fiefdom contest is simmering between Amani Coalition leader, Musalia Mudavadi and his Ford-Kenya counterpart Moses Wetangula. The two political antagonists have the same ambitions for the 2022 presidential election and each wants to control the house of Mulembe to jump-start his presidential bid. Inside boardrooms, Musalia and Wetangula do not see eye to eye and each is suspicious of the other. Moreover, the endorsement of Mudavadi as the spokesperson of the Luhya nation did not go down well with Moses Wetangula.
Kalonzo Musyoka is at political crossroads. He is currently a very depressed politician after losing his party chairman David Musalia and Secretary General Hassan Omar. His close associates privy to this information reveal that Kalonzo is contemplating leading his Wiper Party out of NASA immediately after the repeat Poll. He is blaming Raila on the of predicament of Hassan Omar following the humiliation of the Wiper Secretary General that was played in public and in front of the NASA principals.
James Orengo has triggered another avalanche of mistrust from his fellow senior Luo ODM members from Nyanza. He is jostling to inherit the position of ODM leadership from Raia Odinga. Evidently, Orengo has capitalized on his limelight during the Presidential petition in which he led a team of lawyers to mislead Supreme Court Judges to nullify the election of President Kenyatta. John Mbadi, Prof. Anyang' Nyong'o, Evans Kidero and other Raila's progenies have developed itching boils against James Orengo.
NASA is a feeble hot air balloon that is imploding and will explode immediately after the repeat election. It's confided that the NASA principals are aware of the eminent loss Raila will suffer. The machismo and braggadocio they display in public are just intended to give political solace to their extremist political subjects.
