1. THREAT to constitutionalism. Raila speaks as if he will be the police, the investigator, the DPP and the judge, on natters to do with the fight against corruption.
2. VENGEANCE , it doesn't take rocket science to deduce that Rao's quest to occupy Statehouse is to payback all misdeeds meted to him and his family by Jomo and Moi.
3. MILITANT followers chase potential voters away by their insults, abuse and threats to opponents. It is worrying that his presidency might deliberately make his supporters humiliate opponents at every level, every sector, everywhere in Kenya.
4. CORRUPTION, Raila speaks about corruption as if he is free from this vice. He's surrounded by corrupt elements and crooks who are his personal friends and financiers; he will definitely protect them while in leadership.
5. THREAT to democracy freedoms and liberties. With the seemingly lack of democracy in his own party and noticeable roadside declarations, there is a threat of Mobutuism cripping back into Kenya.
6. THREAT to capitalism and investment. With poking his nose to private investments, driven by his socialism background, there is likelihood that Rails's presidency will interfere with the vibrant private sector including the real estate, in his effort to fulfil his unrealistic promises. Currently, investors in the real estate sector are a worried lot.
