IF there is a region where the govt has invested heavily in infrastructural projects, that region is Coast. From Lamu to Kwale, Bura to Taveta, Mombasa to Mariakani, drop someone anywhere in Coast and you hardly go 50km without seeing a Jubilee govt project!
Let's be honest and true to our consciences. The culture of embracing politics of complaining, nagging, negativity, opposing everything, insults, incitement, abuse and outright hate MUST stop. Politics of poverty must come to an end in Coast.
This is the time to bring onboard Coast region to the side of progressive engagement, engaging within the system for the benefit of the people. We must reject a few fiefdom merchants of poverty who live in opulence at the expense of the people they hold inside political gunny bags, like sardines to be traded.
Coast must be freed from political witchcraft. The year of liberation from the penitentiary of opposition is now!!
