OWEN KILIFI NORTH/ ODM SIO JIKO LA MZEMBE WAKO
Dear Owen Yaakov Baya, hope this finds you well. For the last one and a half weeks or so, your Dogs performed your assignments very well barking endlessly across the Kilifi county online space with an aim of scaring, blackmailing, and intimidating the ODM youth leadership which I chair at the County level and guard the Treasury chase at the National level.
As a matter of feedback to you Owen, I recommend that you reward these Dogs handsomely for theyperformed their duties as per their master’s precision and of course not from deep down their hearts but from the power of their master’s wallet.
Through a well-choreographed script from you Owen, your dogs barked all through accusing me and the ODM youth leadership of the following; that we had interfered with the ODM Elections Board officials list, that we had taken over the Kilifi County ODM premises, that we are using the name of H.E the Governor to arm twist various aspirants to swindle cash from them with a promise of giving certificates to them etc etc….
However, as you have realized and the world knows that too, I Mwaboza Mwanamme chose not to respond to your dogs for the whole world knows that was mere cheap propaganda aimed at blindfolding the people of Kilifi so as to give you an opportunity to rob the people of Kilifi of their preferred candidates in favour of your selfish list of candidates.
Having made things clear and before moving ahead, let me start making base for my communiqué to you by separating the Chuffs from the Grains. Owen, what your dogs have been propagating all through were just chuffs which couldn’t with stand the breath of a kid leave alone the strong monsoon winds for everybody could read in between the lines. Now the big question is, what? Where? Which? Is the Grain??
One I am the National Treasurer for the ODM Youth league, a Member of the ODM NGC, NDC and the Coordinator of the NASA youth Summit. Now equate that to what your dogs have barking all along (You called me a mere ODM Broker)… secondly I seat in the Kilifi County ODM Executive committee chaired by H.E the Governor as the secretary youth affairs. Thirdly, I have stood by the Party and the Party leader through the challenging times, placed my life on the line in several occasions not one or two a pointer being the Malindi by elections, fighting back the ODM rebels who were out to tarnish the name of our Party and reputation of our Party leader (AbabuNamwamba being the general of the rebels), third for the ten years existence of our Party, I have served and guarded its interests within the Kilifi, Coast and Kenya at large, campaigning right from 2005 for the NO Constitution, 2007 elections, 2010 Constitution, 2013 devolution team that saw a great victory where team Kilifi captured the County….
Lest you forget Owen you don’t live in space but right here in Kilifi county so everyone knows who you right from your day of birth to date.
Up to the year 2012, you were a desk lecturer at the Pwani University living within the means of any middle class earner. An opportunity came and you left for theUSA for a fellowship program or lets say a benchmarking program but you chose to call it a Doctorate program (anyway that doesn’t concern me…)
While you were away in the USA, the people of Kilifi loyal to ODM went into a political war against Jubilee Parties of TNA, URP, SHIRIKISHO, KADU ASILI, FPK etc, in the process, families were tone apart, jobs werelost scores were physically injured, some lost their lives in Mtwapa, Chonyi, Jibana and Chumani. With all these happening, we chose to stay put, giving up or opting out of the war wasn’t an option to us. We chose to pay the full price of sacrifice. (By then as you rightfully put it you were watching everything from the USA as you enjoyed your Pizza and bottles of Whisky) I salute the ODM soldiers who endured the harsh political battles, and for those who lost their lives , may the good Lord keep ther spirits at peace till we meet again.
ODM took over the powers in Kilifi County under the stewartship of H.E the Governor A.J Kingi in March 2013. Two months later you landed from the USA the same way you left Kenya. No money, wealth… just like any other middle income earner.
The People of Kilifi County through the Public Service Board gave you an opportunity to serve them as their first County Secretary and head of the Civil Service. In their hearts they believed that it’s only one of their sons or daughters who should occupy the seat to protect their interests and guard against foreign intrusions.
As the County Secretary, your office was mandated to create jobs (in liaison with the public service board), be the custodian of the County assets, wealth and resources, the chief advisor to the governor, member of the county tender board, and secretary to the cabinet.
Basically, your mandate was to the coordinate the County government departments and agencies to create jobs for its youth, create business opportunity (through tenders and contracts) to its people, create wealth for the people of Kilifi thereby improving their living standards.You were to take the government to the grassroots where it belongs, to the people of Kilifi.
Four years down the line the revere is true, very open and clear as the midday sun no jobs for the youth but thousands of casuals whom you mishandled without human dignity, the county assets and wealth plundered under your watch, no wealth has been created to the people but only to you.
You must be a great magician Owen, your 4 years abnormal socio-economic transformation is worth a special place at the Guinness book of world records. From a rented house in 2013 to 7 bungalows, from an old Toyota Mark II to 2 Prados, a Range Rover, and over 13 Toyota Vitz for your Concubines and other vehicles not named.
H.E the Governor Amason Kingi son of AduKamale a quiet village in Magarini was overwhelmingly voted in as Kilifi’s first Governor. The people voted him in because they believed that for the past 50 plus years Nairobi was far and even if we had means to reaching the City, the bureaucracy would evenbe more harming. Governor Kingi enjoys being in the company of his people, listening to new ideas and consulting everyone. But with you in the pictures you created a wall between him and his people. Your wealth has made you so proud and arrogant to the extent to making yourself a goddess. You move around telling people how you can buy allegiancekamavipandevya papa including that of Rt. Hon Prime Minister RailaOdinga(ThafadhaliRailaOdingasiosaiziyakobuda) That you bought your ODM certificate at 10 Million long ago, that you hosted Raila for the Christmas festivities in Watamu and paid for his bills worth 3 Million (nyeffnyeff) You have tried to bulldoze your way into politics and ODM, even pushing away other candidates from the race including the peoples choice and MP designate for Kilifi North Hon. Eliud Kalama Chai (Kalama Wehu).
Though Kalama left ODM and join our sister Party Wiper his spirit and soul is still deep in ODM.
Furthermore, upon getting your Direct Nomination Certificate in ODM you have moved a step further to endorse and force you preferred list of MCA candidates down the throats and spine of the people of Kilifi North i.eNdaaHaustins in Sokoni, Isaac Kalume in Kibarani, John Matole in Tezo and Juliet Riziki aka Kacahachawa as the Women Rep. Let me tell you this without fear that your list won’t see the light of day. The people of Kilifi North still have a born to chew with you.
We all know why you are forcing us to vote for your candidates. Having realized that you will soon be a guest of the Courts day in and out to answer to your many corruption and adultery cases, you have opted to us the people of Kilifi as cleaning agents by voting you as our Mp. Boss, we shall not vote for you as our Mp, nor even as MCA of Dabaso and for a free advice, you can never get any elective position in this world not unless we turn the hand time to the Biblical era of Lot the Nephew of Abraham in Sodom and Gomorra, surelyhapoutapata landslide victory babu…
The people of Kilifi North will vote on the NASA line up. We in Sokoni will vote Kalama Chai (Wiper) as the MP, Gilbert Peru (ODM) as MCA and Mama Mbeyu (ODM) for the Women Rep. The Governor shall still Remain to be Amason Kingi, Senator Madzayo. For the presidency we shall vote for whoever NASA shall pick as the Flag bearer on the afternoon of 27th April 2017.
The team Kilifi North here in Sokoni is made-up of Youthful and vibrant team lead by Kalama Chai, a young man who scaled up in the ladder of hustling, from being a posho mill operator in charowamae, a taxi driver, an office boy an administrator to being the head of HR in one of Africa’s leading Companies. His story is a story of humility, respect and resilience. He is a role model to young generation.
Gilbert Peru is an astute Banker, having lost his father at attender age, he was raised by a widowed mother working at the county councils then. He endured the challenges facing any kid under a single parent household or orphan, completed his primary level at Kilimo, went to Ribe Boys and finally to India where he graduated with a MBA in Financial Management. Upon returning home, he worked as a B.O.G teacher at Ganze Secondary, several NGOs where he served as a financial consultant before he joined the Banking industry through KCB and rose through the ranks to be a Branch Manager in Voi and Ukunda.
Mama Mbeyu is a name that every girl should live upto. Born and raised in a peasant Kauma farming family in Fumbini, she is an ECD expert and a consultant in adult training. She was elected to the Kilifi County assembly in 2013, and was among the only two elected women in the assembly. She is the Chair of the Kilifi County scholarship fund. She is a mother figure capable of transforming the lives of the women, youth and disabled of Kilifi.
Surely Owen what do you see this Trio; KALAMA-PERU-MBEYU in line with the vision of reformation of our town??
Team Owen on the other hand is led the high priest of corruption, promiscuity, adultery and infidelity. Your MCA Ndaa will only be direct replica of the Jubilee Incumbent just as you are in the MP. The land broker who also sold you the plot at mwazang’ombe will only sell the whole of sokoni and share the loot with you.
As we go to the ODM nomination of the 22nd of April we the people of Kilifi North shall give you a YELLOW CARD by rejecting your list and voting PERU-MBEYU line-up as wait to hand you over the RED CARD at the Ballot on the 8th of August 2017 as we vote in Kalama Chai as the Mp Kilifi North.

I now have a strong feeling that our fathers, GedionNgetsa, Morris Mboja, Katana Dogo, Yusuf Mathari, MzeeKaranja, MzeeOteko, Mzerera, Kithongo (may their souls rest in peace) must be happy with their children as they prepare vote in for the best of the best, KALAMA-PERU-MBEYU.
