He is further accused of authorising a Sh4.6 billion project for the launch the Nairobi Metro Transportation system.
Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua is facing accusations of single-sourcing and failing to adhere to the Public Procurement Act.
He has been accused of irregular purchasing 14 Subaru vehicles for county executives.
Turkana' Josephat Nanok allegedly made an irregular payment of Sh14 million to a bridge contractor despite no work done.
Mombasa's Hassan Joho has been accused of facilitating the grabbing of Mwembe Tayari Market by Bawazir & Zubedi.
Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi has been accused of irregularly procuring the governor's house at Sh140 million.
Isiolo's Godana Doyo is being investigated over a fraudulent document purported to be a supplementary budget. He has also been accused of irregular appointing and promoting county employees.
Migori's Okoth Obado has been accused of improprieties involving procurement and misuse of public funds.
Isaac Rutto of Bomet allegedly irregularly hired ambulances at a monthly fee of Sh650,000 each.
Rutto has also been accused of illegally accumulating wealth including 40 earth movers, tippers and graders worth Sh400 million.
He is also accused of illegally buying a chopper worth Sh300 million and a palatial home in Ngong worth Sh33 million, and operating several petrol stations acquired illegally.
Garissa Governor Nadhif Jama and other top county officials have been accused of engaging in unplanned projects
Jama has also been accused of irregularly hiring eight Kenya Red Cross Society ambulances at a cost of Sh650,000 per month. He is also accused of irregularly hiring a helicopter for his trips to Hulugho, Modogashe, Daadab and Masalani.
Marsabit Governor Yatani Ukur has been accused of abuse of office, manipulation of budget and mismanagement of office.
Meru County Governor Peter Munya has been accused of abuse of office and misuse of public funds.
Narok Governor Samuel Ole Tunai has been accused of irregular procurement, mismanagement of county revenue and nepotism.
Senator Johnstone Muthama has been accused of misappropriating Sh57 million in CDF meant for rural access roads in the year 2012.

1. Ganze MP Peter Shehe has been accused of misappropriating the Constituency Development Fund and flouting the Public Procurement Act.
2. Lamu West MP Julius Ndegwa has been accused of unilaterally awarding seven tenders to his cronies.
3. Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter has been accused of breaching chapter six of the constitution & intimidating public officers
4. Nominated MP Sonia Birdi has been accused of breaching chapter six of the constitution & intimidation of public officers
5. Mount Elgon MP John Serut has been accused of fraudulently acquiring public money belonging to Chepkurkur SA Primary School.
6. Kitutu Chache MP Richard Onyonka has been accused of abuse of office by purchasing sugar for IDPs from Chemelil Sugar.
The National Police Service Commission
NPSC chairman Johnstone Kavuludi has been accused of financial impropriety and abuse of office. He is further accused of taking trips abroad without accounting for spending.
Ronald Musengi, another NPSC commissioner, has been accused of the irregular procurement of a ranch in the Konza techno-city project.
Commission CEO James Muhoro is implicated in financial impropriety while more than 100 officers in the police force in suspicious dealings contrary to the Economic Crimes Act.

Former High Court Registrar Gladys Shollei has been accused of irregular procurement of furniture for judiciary.
Shollei has also been accused of flouting the Public Procurement Act & single-sourcing for refurbishment of the CJ's parking & kitchen.
Senior Principle Magistrate Richard Odenyo allegedly approved bond without proper court orders.
Former senior resident magistrate Fridah Nyakundi has been accused of frustrating efforts to prosecute drug traffickers. She allegedly received Sh2.4 million in bribes from media personalities facing drug trafficking charges
Kajiado Law Courts magistrate Wilson Nkunja has been accused of acquiring wealth from human traffickers of Somali origin.

Former Kiambu county assembly Speaker Nick Githinji has been accused of spending Sh600,000 public funds on a Brazil trip without authorisation.
